A Hypnotist who started a sexual relationship with a vulnerable patient had exploited the woman and abused his position of power and trust, a court has ruled.

The man, PD, who was also a Uniting Church elder, had initiated the sexual contact by touching the woman’s breasts while claiming to transfer energy from his body to hers in the body’s energy zones, or chakras.
